We strive to provide a pleasant and convenient shopping experience and focus on customer service with each order we receive.

The customer can cancel the order if he/she wishes to. However, the order can not be cancelled once the order has been shipped. If, for any other reasons, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please mail us at fusiontrade2016@gmail.com

If you happen to receive a damaged products, you can raise a returns and replacements query by sending a email to fusiontrade20162gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to attach a picture of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, make sure product is unused and in its original condition.

Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ we will request you to return the purchased products and initiate the refund.
*Please note that products purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.*

Once a refund is approved by Wild Herbs Tea, it will be initiated through the NEFT/Bank Transfer within 30 days.
